Description:

This cleverly designed low cost Colorimeter will appeal to the Biologist and Chemist.

The design accommodates both cuvettes or test tubes. Supplied with three 35mm slides (red, yellow and blue) and a pack of cuvettes. Further slides of different wavelengths are available.

Any reaction that causes a change in opacity or gives a color can be used to study rates of reaction.

Possible Uses:

Enzyme reactions, Lambert Beers law, Acidic breakdown of sodium thiosulphate, quantitative analysis of sugar, turbidity of water samples.
